Under a quiet pasture in Reavouler, three vaulted chambers wait in darkness, their blocked creepholes sealing away whatever breath once moved through them. Somerville pulled back the earth in 1931, revealing narrow stone-cut rooms large enough for a crouching person but small enough to swallow a voice whole. The passage never announced itself on the surface, as if the ground had agreed to keep the shape of the people who made it.

In pasture on gentle SE-facing slope. Discovered 1931, investigated by Somerville (Cork Examiner Sept. 19th. 1931). At least three earth-cut chambers with barrel-vaulted ceilings. Chamber 1: L 3.04m; Wth 1.82m. Chamber 2: L 4.88m; Wth 1.82m; H 0.82m. Chamber 3: L 2.74m; Wth 1.21m; H 0.78m. Blocked creepholes at NE and SW ends chamber 1 and at SW end chamber 2.
