What is recorded here
No visible tunnel exists on the surface, only a shallow seven-metre depression crossing the northern interior of the rath. Yet local memory insists a hidden passage lies beneath that quiet soil, waiting for someone reckless enough to dig or patient enough to listen for hollow echoes. The rath keeps its secret without shame, offering neither entrance nor warning, only a flat line in the grass where human hands may have shaped darkness long before anyone thought to watch it.
In the N sector of the interior of a rath (GA108-161----). A wide shallow depression (L 7.5m) running E-W may mark the site of a Man-made underground passage. According to local information there is one in the interior.
