What is recorded here

Knocknakilla held a narrow stone chamber, four feet high and wide, with flags overhead and a clay floor. Broker recorded it beside Pairc Locharnaigh, not far from a ringfort, yet the exact spot has slipped from local memory. The dimensions suggest deliberate construction rather than a collapsed hole, perhaps a hiding place, storage room or forgotten ritual path.

Broker (1937, 46) noted a Man-made underground passage '4 feet high, 4 feet wide with stone walls on each side and flags overhead and clay floor' c. 180m from ringfort (8433) in field called 'Pairc Locharnaigh'.
