Killyboley (farnee By) holds a lost stone chamber because men removed a field bank and found the passage waiting beneath the soil. It lies seventy-five metres southwest of the rath on the steep drumlin slope, still answering a strike with a hollow sound that echoes back through the ridge. The chamber may have stored grain, hidden people or simply served the pride of the builder, but it refused to disappear.

Situated towards the bottom of the steep SW-facing slope of a NW-SE drumlin ridge towards the SE end, and c. 75m SW of rath (MO029-021----). According to local information a stone-built passage was found when a field bank was removed and a stone at the location produces a ‘hollow sound’ still said to be present.
