What is recorded here
Kilgarriff West holds a vanished stone chamber inside a rath, lost to time and human forgetfulness. What remains is a hole in memory, a place where the ground swallowed its own shape. The absence is the tell.
In a rath (MA072-033001). According to local information, a small stone-built chamber, covered by a single flagstone, was discovered in the rath; it was partly destroyed and blocked up. There is now no visible trace of this structure, and its exact location within the rath is uncertain.
