What is recorded here

Kilclare Upper holds two shallow hollows inside a ringfort, evidence that people cut or dug beneath the ground before modern tools existed. The larger chamber measures four metres long and three wide, while the smaller sits three by three metres nearby. They lie only thirty centimetres deep, yet their shape suggests deliberate entry, movement and use in darkness. Perhaps they served storage, ritual or escape, but the earth has kept that purpose muted. What remains is a quiet invitation to imagine the hands, breath and choices that made the hidden place.
