In a cashel (MA062-097----). A subrectangular, slightly raised area (Wth c. 6m NE–SW), with a stone-strewn surface, extends on a roughly NW–SE axis through the SE quadrant of the ringfort. Bisecting the central long axis of this rise is a grassed-over, shallow depression (L 9m NW–SE), which represents a collapsed and roofless Man-made underground passage passage. Intact drystone side walls (H 0.6m) can still be seen along a 2m long section of the depression, indicating a passage width of c. 0.65m. The SE end of the passage expands into a roughly circular cavity (diam. c. 1m; D 0.8m), lined with drystone walling, possibly a small chamber.
