In centre of ringfort (CO041-052---). Grove White (1905-25, vol. 3, 331) noted that 'there is a cave in the centre of it, but its mouth is closed up'. Ringfort levelled; no visible surface trace of Man-made underground passage. The 1842 OS 6-inch map shows well in centre of fort.
