Man-made underground passage in Dunblaney

In S half of a ringfort (GA030-057----). Neary (1914, 115, no. 102) records that 'the garth ... contains Man-made underground passage'. What is visible is an Z-shaped flat-bottomed hollow (L 19.6m, Wth 2.2m) up to 0.7m in depth. Beginning just S of centre, it runs S (L 5m) and then turns sharply to E to take up an E-W axis (L 7m). It then turns sharply to S again, continuing on a N-S axis (L 7.6m). Traces of drystone-walling are visible intermittently along its course and a number of collapsed roof lintels.
