That is a man-made underground passage in Cloonbannin East, County Cork, Ireland. The passage has collapsed, leaving a straight-sided depression and narrow channel near the ringfort. It is no longer an active tunnel, but the remains still mark where people cut through the earth.

In NE quadrant of ringfort (CO030-10901-). Straight-sided depression (L 3.3m; Wth 2.6m; D 0.5m) at edge of interior may indicate position of collapsed Man-made underground passage. Narrow channel extends from depression down scarp to NNE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
