Within the NW quadrant of a cashel (GA096-037----). A section of this Man-made underground passage collapsed and was subsequently blocked up, as a result it is now inaccessible. However, a torch-light inspection indicated that it consists of a drystone-built chamber (L c. 5m; Wth c. 1m) which runs E-W. (Redington 1916a, 54; McCaffrey 1952, 152, no. 77)
