Freestanding cut-stone "Temple of the Winds" folly, c.1750, on a circular plan comprising group of cut-stone Doric columns with cut-stone dome over. Reassembled at present location, c.1950. Set back from road in grounds shared with Luggala Lodge overlooking Luggala Lake.

An elegant folly with a convoluted history, having originally been built as part of the Templeogue House estate, and subsequently relocated to the Santry Court estate before a final relocation to the present setting. The folly forms an appealing landmark in the Luggala Lodge estate, contributing to the scenic appeal of the Luggala Lake environs.
