What is recorded here

Loup Knott is a sea cliff located in the Westmorland and Furness area, composed primarily of Ordovician-age volcanic and sedimentary rocks. These rocks formed around 470–450 million years ago through volcanic activity and subsequent deposition in a marine environment, and the cliff is notable for its exposure of ancient geological formations along the coast.
