Knocknamucklagh holds the sixth recorded house of Lough Mask, a cave point buried beneath County Mayo rather than a building with doors. The land may hide chambers where water writes and erases human traces, yet no visible staircase or lantern mark survives to confirm the shape of that darkness. Any entry needs owner permission and respect for living ground, not bravado.
