Lochcote Castle

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Lochcote Castle as Castle (medieval), Dovecot (19th Century). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Lochcote Castle was a medieval stronghold, likely built in the late 14th or early 15th century by a local noble family in the Scottish Borders region.
