What is recorded here
On the summit of a hillock in undulating farmland. Subcircular rath (44m E-W; 36m N-S), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank is extant from N to E, and from S to W; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse and outer bank are extant from N to SE, and from SW to NW. A causeway across the fosse at SE may be modern.
