Lissard is a fairy fort in County Cork, Ireland. Its earthen bank still stands nearly two metres high on a north-west facing slope, enclosing a rough circle wide enough for a small village or a much larger argument. The northern entrance faces the land rather than the sky, as if admitting only those who arrive walking and willing to be seen.

In pasture, on NW-facing slope. Roughly circular area (51.5m E-W; 46.5m N-S) enclosed by substantial earthen bank (H 1.95m) with external fosse (D 1.9m) NE->W. Gap in bank to E; entrance to N.
