Lismorris is a ringfort in County Clare, Ireland, where an earthen bank still circles the ground like a forgotten promise. It belongs to the old world of fairy forts, where people built or avoided the place because they believed the unseen still lived there. The clay may have held a home, a boundary, or a warning, yet no clear human event has survived to explain the shape.
