What is recorded here

In level pasture. Moated sites (TS063-030001- and TS063-030003-) are located c. 32m to N and c. 125m to NE respectively. A rectangular area (dims. 38m E-W; 19m N-S) defined by levelled scarp (Wth 8m; H 0.55m) to N (L 37m), E (L 15m) and S (L 34m). A field boundary defines the W side (L 18m) and a fosse (basal Wth 15m; overall Wth 10.9m; Dth 0.1m) is traceable to N, E and S, though it has been re-cut by a drain (Wth 1.5m; D 0.1m) to N and S. The interior slopes southwards and the monument is incorporated into the field as pasture. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
