Lawrence's Hill is a low prominence of around 150–200 metres, situated within the rolling Shropshire landscape. It is part of the geologically diverse terrain of the Welsh Borderlands, characterised by Carboniferous limestone and sandstone formations. Its inclusion on official maps reflects its local topographic significance within the Telford and Wrekin area.
