Lackan Windmill (in Ruins) is a windmill in Lackan (athlone North By., Lackan Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. Marked only on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map where it is described as being in ruins, it sits on top of Lackan Hill. The surviving north part of an ivy-covered circular tower has an internal diameter of 3.9m, stands about 7m high, and contains a rubble core wall 1m thick with door jambs at the east and west ground floor.
Marked only on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map where it is described as being in ruins. It is situated on top of Lackan Hill. Only the N part of an ivy-covered circular tower (int. diam. 3.9m; H c. 7m) with a rubble core wall (T 1m) and the jambs of doors at E and W at the ground floor survives.
