Kyle-cruttia is a buried graveyard on a low ridge in County Laois, marked on maps since 1840 but hidden beneath bushes and an earthen fence. Carrigan wrote that adults stopped being buried there around 1820, while un baptised children continued to be laid to rest in its quiet soil. The church vanished, the markers disappeared, and the land reclaimed the names, leaving only a ridge that remembers what it swallowed.

Marked on the 1840 and 1907 eds OS 6-inch map. Reference to it by Carrigan (1905, vol. 2, 56-7). Situated on a low ridge. No grave markers visible. Described by Carrigan as 'The church of Dairy Hill has entirely disappeared. The churchyard of Dairy Hill is about an Irish acre in area, and is enclosed by a great earthen fence. It is now all overgrown with bushes. The graveyard was last used for the interment of an adult about 1820; it is now only used as a burial place for unbpatized children' (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 56-7).
