Farmyard complex, extant 1901, including: Detached nine-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic on a rectangular plan. Renovated, ----, producing present composition to accommodate alternative use. Replacement hipped slate roof including gablets to window openings to half-dormer attic, ridge tiles, paired rooflights, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber box eaves. Part repointed walls with cut- or hammered limestone flush quoins to corners. Square-headed door openings with lintels framing replacement timber doors. Square-headed window openings with lintels framing replacement timber windows. Set in grounds shared with Knocktopher Abbey.
