Killian Chapel (in ruins) — Report the wrong picture

In gently undulating pastureland. This rectangular medieval church (> 16.5m E-W; > 6m N-S) is very poorly preserved. Only the E gable (H c. 5m) survives but it is heavily overgrown and broken at its N and S ends. It is built on a crude plinth of limestone and consists of a mortared randomly coursed wall with dressed quoinstones. Some of the quoinstones have been removed from the SE corner exposing the rubble core. An indistinct grassy mound indicates the line of the S side-wall, while all that remains of the N side-wall is a low scarp running along what would have been its outer edge. There is no trace of the W gable. The only architectural features include a well-preserved single-light cusped ogee-headed window with decorated spandrels and a hood-moulding in the E gable and there is also an aumbry to its the S.
