What is recorded here

Killeen is a children's burial ground on flat Galway farmland, preserved inside a mortared stone wall rather than hidden beneath grass. Small set stones still mark the northeast section, while the southwest remains bare, forcing imagination to fill the empty rows. The contrast between documented markers and unseen loss makes the quiet field feel both precise and incomplete.

On flat farmland. A subrectangular area (NE-SW 26m, NW-SE 17m) enclosed by a mortared stone wall. Small set stones occupy NE section of the CBG; no grave-markers are visible in SW section.
