Kessock to Redcastle holds buried chambers where the sea has already stripped away their stone skins. Miller wrote in 1835 that the shore revealed wooden beams, urns and human bones, while crannogs still populate the nearby firth. The coastline keeps changing the address of death, dragging old rooms into salt and foam.
