Inverey Castle

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Inverey Castle as Lairds House (period Unassigned). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Inverey Castle was built by the Inverey family in the 16th century and served as a laird's residence in the Scottish Borders. It is remembered for its historical association with Border Reiver history and its well-preserved tower house architecture.
