Situated on a level landscape. The round chancel arch of dressed stone at Kilmolash church (WA029-027001-) has an inscription on the N pier which reads FEARE GOD, HONER THE KINGE, ANNO DOM 1635. (O'C. Redmond 1895, 156; Buckley 1896, 216-7; Power 1898a, 90; 1908b, 5)
