What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined stone ringfort in County Cavan, Ireland, where a broad circular grassy area still stands inside a broken drystone wall. Some of its larger stones remain visible, but the original entrance has vanished and part of the boundary has become an ordinary field edge. The place may have been a home, a shelter or a marked local centre, yet human life has withdrawn from it and the stones now hold more absence than memory.

Raised circular area (int. diam. 27.3m) enclosed by a substantial although largely collapsed drystone wall with some very large stones in its composition. From SE-S-SW the perimeter has been incorporated into the field boundary. Original entrance not recognisable.
