One chamber, one door, one living column of pressure. The candidate must remember that every chamber is a separate jar and every door is a visible handle. The candidate must distinguish the owner, the victim and the witness before writing. The candidate must ask what the chamber contains, who it contains and whether the chamber is a tool or a trap. The candidate must not invent a chamber that the facts do not name.
