Marked 'Fort' on OS 1836 and 1876 eds. Raised circular area (int. diam. 27.1m) enclosed by a low, narrow earthen bank and the remains of an infilled fosse, the outline of which (Wth 3.2m) is nonetheless identifiable. Wide break in bank at N with accompanying causeway represents original entrance.
