Situated on an E-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area with an enclosure site (TN020-040) to the NW and a ringfort (TN020-042) to the S. Depicted as a small circular enclosure on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map with a laneway immediately to the S. Not visible at ground level.
