What is recorded here
On the S-facing slope of a rise. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 30m E-W; 26.8m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4-5m; int. H 0.2m generally to 1.2m at N; ext. H 0.6-1m) WNW-E, which is the townland boundary with Toberataravan, but the perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.5-0.8m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and the interior now functions as a golfing green with bunkers outside the perimeter ESE-SSW. Cashel (RO006-115001-) is c. 190m to the E.
