What is recorded here

The fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Rinroe is in County Sligo, Ireland. The site occupies a low ridge of level ground in otherwise lowlying pasture. A raised circular area measures 30.5 metres across and is enclosed by a wide, low bank of earth and stone. A shallow external fosse surrounds the bank, while a break at the east probably represents the original entrance.
