Indicated is a D-shaped fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland, where a straight northern edge cuts across what may have been a circular home. The earth rises sixteen decimetres above the pasture, holding a slight dip toward the southwest as if someone sat there often. Two other forts watch from a distance, suggesting a small neighbourhood rather than a lonely marker. The shape preserves both human making and human forgetting, with boundary lines entering the story as naturally as breath.

In improved pasture, located on a slight rise with good views. This rath is shown on the 1838 and 1920 OS 6-inch maps as a D-shaped enclosure, bordered on the straight side at N by a field boundary. It is evident as D-shaped platform (c. 28.7m NW–SE; c. 23m NE–SW) defined by a partly levelled, broadly sloping scarp (H c. 1.6m). The scarp (H 1.7m) on the straight side to NNE probably represents a truncation of an originally circular enclosure. The interior surface is rather uneven, with a slope down from centre to E and SE, and a more marked dip to SW.
