What is recorded here

In a thicket of overgrowth in a field of average pasture, located on a narrow NW–SE ridge, with good views. The location is named ‘Knocknacreisha’ on the 1919 OS 6-inch map. This cross is not indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; it is indicated as ‘Cross (Remains of)’ on the 1919 edition. There is no visible trace of the cross.
