What is recorded here
Situated on a knoll of rock outcrop on the W side of a small N-S valley. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Visible on an aerial photograph (GSIAP R 12/11). On inspection in 1997 this was found to be a small, oval field defined by a drystone wall (H c. 1m) of modern construction. A grass-covered, L-shaped cairn of material occupies the centre of the enclosure.
