What is recorded here

Indicated is a low earthen ringfort in Mayo pasture, standing beside two other forts and marked by stone field boundaries. Its shallow bank encloses a small circular space where people may have lived, herded, or hidden before the land became quiet. The name sounds like a pointer rather than a memory, as if the place still directs attention to itself.

In low-lying level pasture, with ringforts: (MA121-158----), 50m NE and (MA121-156001-), 180m SW. Roughly circular area (50m N-S; 45m E-W), enclosed by earthen bank (ext. H 1.4m).
