What is recorded here

Indicated is a possible ringfort in County Mayo, Ireland. It is a subcircular raised area, 45m north-south and 50m east-west, defined by a low scarp in undulating pasture. It may have been a home, a boundary marker or a forgotten gathering place. The land still holds its shape, waiting for someone to remember why it was built.
