Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland, where the earth still holds the shape of a ring. People may have lived there before fading into legend, leaving behind a boundary drawn in soil rather than stone. The name suggests a marker, perhaps for direction, warning or memory, yet no human hand is needed to point at what the land already knows.
