In pasture on S-facing slope, dropping away steeply just outside bank. Extensive view to S and SW. Roughly circular area (46m N-S; 54.7m E-W) enclosed by eroded earthen bank (max. H 1.2m), incorporated into field fence to W with recent internal stone facing; fosse to N (D 0.6m), slight traces to W. Recent cattle gaps in bank to NW (Wth 1.6m), SW (Wth 1m). Interior slopes gently to S.
