Indicated is a hidden fairy fort in County Cork, Ireland. Its earthen bank has partly vanished under rough pasture, but the remaining arc still marks a small human dwelling beside Kilcaskan graveyard. The loss is not emptiness; it is transformation. What is forgotten can be remembered through the shape it left behind.

In rough overgrown pasture, in a valley surrounded by hills, except to the S where there are views over Bantry Bay. Only an arc (dims. c. 25m S-WSW) of an earthen bank (Wth 2.6m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1m) is visible above ground in the NE corner of a field which, according to local information, is the remains of a rath (diam. c. 20m). Any other surviving traces of the rath may be obscured by the dense overgrowth in the area. Kilcaskan graveyard, church and ogham stone (CO103-003001-, CO103-003002-, CO103-003003-) lie c. 100m to the SW and possible hut sites (CO103-003007-) and a holy well (CO103-003005-) are located c. 60m and c. 70m to the SW and SSE, respectively.
