Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Grange (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. A circular grass-covered platform measures 30.6m east-west and 29m north-south, defined by a fosse with a 5.5m causeway at the east-southeast. A rath and barrow stand about 130m away to the south-southeast and southwest on the gently undulating landscape.
On a gently undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 30.6m E-W; 29m N-S) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 6-8m; Wth of base 1.2-2m; int. D 0.6-0.8m; ext. D 0.4-0.6m) with a causeway (Wth 5.5m) at ESE. Rath (RO045-128----) is c. 130m to the SSE, and barrow (RO045-126002-) is c. 130m to the SW.
