What is recorded here

Towards the top of the E-facing slope of a drumlin overlooking Lough Allen, c. 1km to the E. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 35m NW-SE) with some scrub defined by a slight earthen bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.2-0.4m; ext. H 0.7-1m) at SW and NE, and by a scarp (H 0.75-0.9m) elsewhere. There is a flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 5.7m; D 1m) W-N, and the site is enclosed by field banks. There is no visible entrance. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
