What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cork, Ireland. Its earthen bank still marks a narrow oval on a south-facing slope, enclosing two adjoining hut foundations now buried under grass. People may have lived there before folklore arrived, shaping the same stones into a home for unseen creatures. The fort keeps both truths without needing either to be complete.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Roughly circular area (c. 30.5m N-S; c. 26m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.8m) SSE->N; low bank to E.
