Indicated is a rectangular stone enclosure in County Clare, Ireland, measuring 37.5 metres east-west and 34 metres north-south. Double-faced walls rise 1.2 to 1.6 metres around a narrow southern entrance and a smaller western opening for animals. It sits low in pasture beside another enclosure, a cashel, a house site and a distant cairn, suggesting a busy lived landscape rather than a lonely monument.

In a low-lying area in pasture within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-030001-). Indicated on the OS 25-inch plan (1897) and the 1920 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Listed as ‘Rectangular enclosure’ in the RMP (1996). This rectangular enclosure (int. dims. 37.5m E–W; 34m N–S) is defined by a double-faced stone wall (Wth. 1–1.2m; H 1.2–1.6m) with an entrance (Wth 0.8m) at S. There is an animal entrance at the W end of the S wall. An enclosure (CL009-040001-) lies c. 14m to the W and a cashel (CL009-040003-) with an attached enclosure at E (CL009-040004-) lies c. 33m to the S. A house site (CL009-040005-) lies c. 15m to S.
