What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cavan, Ireland, holding a raised circular area twenty-four point seven metres across. A low earthen bank and wide shallow fosse enclose the space, while drystone masonry faces the scarped section from southwest through south to south-southeast. The entrance remains uncertain, possibly at east or northwest, leaving the fort both visible and withheld.

Raised circular area (int. diam. 24.7m) enclosed by a low earthen bank and a wide, shallow, partly waterlogged fosse. From SW-S-SSE fosse has been scarped and faced with drystone masonry. Original entrance not definitely recognisable but was probably either at E or NW.
