Indicated is a subcircular stone cashel on an east-facing slope beside the Caher Valley, its neatly faced wall still standing nearly a metre high after centuries of pasture and neglect. The narrow east entrance opens toward the valley light, while a later field wall leans across the older structure as if the land kept claiming back what people built. Someone lived there, loved there, and vanished into the ordinary flow of Clare history, leaving only the shape of their choices behind the stones.

Situated in rough pasture on an E-facing slope on the W side of the Caher Valley with broad views from SW-N and within in a multiperiod field system (CL005-014001-). A subcircular cashel (21m N-S; 19.4m E-W) is defined by a regularly built, internally and externally faced stone wall (Wth 1.1m; int. H 0.4-1.35m; ext. H 0.6-1.15m) with a splayed entrance (int. Wth 0.7m; ext. Wth 0.9m) at ENE. A later field wall is built on the older cashel wall from W-S. A rough, vertical masonry-joint is visible in the outer wall face at W, perhaps indicating a blocked entrance or repair.
