Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Clooncruffer, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the top of a drumlin and contains a circular grass and rush-covered area measuring twenty-seven metres across. An overgrown earthen bank surrounds the space, while a flat-bottomed fosse and traces of an outer bank appear to the west and northwest. The entrance measures three metres wide and faces east-northeast.

On top of a drumlin. Circular grass and rush-covered but poached area (diam. 27m N-S; 27m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.4-6.4m; int. H 0.1m at N to 0.6m at W; ext. H 1m at N to 1.4m generally) which is reduced to a scarp NNE-ENE. There is a flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 5m; D 0.2m) with traces of an outer bank (Wth 2.6m; ext.
