What is recorded here

Indicated is a broken circular cashel on a Galway slope, its drystone wall surviving only from south-southwest to northwest while a modern boundary cuts through the ancient stone. The eastern half has vanished entirely, leaving a gap wide enough for speculation about what was lost. A fairy fort keeps its shape in the minds of those who visit it, even when the earth reclaims the stone.

On a slight S-facing slope. Poorly preserved circular cashel (D 39m) defined by a drystone wall from SSW to NW. The td. boundary cuts the monument at SSW and NW, and no visible surface trace survives to E of it.
